UMC’s METERED BILLING and COLLECTION SERVICES are performed to the same professional standards used by professional public utilities.
UMC invoices are always timely, completely accurate, and easy to understand. Each invoice shows previous balance, amount paid, utility usage, rate, amount owed, and date due. Our toll-free 800 number, mailing address, and Web site address are also included.
In addition, UMC duplicates the rates of the local utility company serving a project, and whether metered or allocated, the billing fees are based on those charged by that of the local provider. Water (hot, cold, space heating, etc.), sewer, trash, gas, electric can be billed singly or in any combination.
CUSTOMIZED RUBs / ALLOCATION SERVICES allow us to invoice based on square footage, occupancy, ratio occupancy, weighted average, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, or a combination of these.
